“If I delay, you may know how one ought to behave in the household of God, which is the church of the living God, a pillar and buttress of the truth.” 1 Timothy 3:15

Welcome to the most aggressive prayer campaign we’ve ever engaged in as a church. Over the next 21 days we are challenging ourselves to fill 315 one-hour prayer shifts. You can sign up for these below. The initiative runs from 10/5 at 1pm - 10/26 at 12pm. We will pray daily from 6am - 9pm. In addition to signing up for a prayer shift, we ask that you join us by reading the Daily Dig and praying our corporate prayer (listed below) every day at 3:15pm. We have fifteen prayer focuses, each of which play a strategic part of what we feel God is calling us to do (and be) as a church. Each of these prompts will be covered in prayer for one hour each day. I urge you to participate with us as we seek the presence of God and a move of the gospel through the power of prayer.

“Heavenly Father, we thank you for Your gracious blessings and abundant favor. It is our desire to serve You and Your Kingdom. We ask that our church grow in spiritual fervor, unity, and boldness. We pray for each other; specifically, that the sick would be healed, the hurting would be comforted, and that the struggling would persevere with integrity.

We pray for open doors in ministry. We ask that You bring new people to salvation and the wandering to a church family, bless our efforts of building expansion, and unite us around our common goal of planting new churches.

We acknowledge that all of this is only possible by Your will, and so we humbly submit ourselves to You. Amen.”

For His Glory,

Steven

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens when I arrive for my shift?
Stop by the Pray 315 station, open the binder, and review the Psalm and prayer prompts for your hour. You can carry the binder with you or pull out your specific page. Please return it to the station before leaving.

What if I can’t make it to my shift?
Please find someone to cover your time slot. We want all 15 hours of every day covered.

Can I still pray if the shift is already filled?
Yes! Even if that hour is covered, you’re welcome to join in prayer. We aim for one person per hour, but more people are always welcome.

What happens if it rains?
Pray anyway! Ponchos and umbrellas will be available at the station. If the trail isn’t walkable, you can walk laps inside the church. Prayer continues rain or shine!

Can I pray on my own?
Yes! You can download the prompts for any hour and pray wherever you are. We also encourage everyone to pause each day at 3:15 pm to join in our church’s corporate prayer.

What if I can't walk the whole hour?

We will have benches around the trail so you can stop, sit, and continue praying.
