See to it that no one takes you captive by philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition, according to the elemental spirits of the world, and not according to Christ.

October 26th: Christianity vs. Islam

One is a faith that inspires love, grace, and a Godly culture; the other is a military ideology cloaked as a religion. 

November 2nd: Christianity vs. Socialism

One inspires generosity, stewardship and individual responsibility; the other advocates for theft, enslavement, and a godless society. 

November 9th: Christianity vs. Mormonism

One believes the Bible is perfect as it is and that Jesus Christ is the only son of God; the other adds to scripture, claims man can become God, and seeks new revelation. 

November 16th: Christianity vs. Mysticism

One finds absolute truth in Christ alone, looking to his word for clarity and concrete answers; the other looks inward, outward, or other wordly to find a subjective, personal truth. 

Jesus summarized the difference between Christianity and the false philosophies of our day when he said, 

 “I am the way, the truth, and the life.” — John 14:6
